Stop spamming me

I don't think I made myself clear, dont' spam me. I do not want you advertising your site on my comments unless I make a post entitled "Plug Time," and I plug your site because I like it. You can also comment me if you like what's going on here or just leave a comment pertaining to my topic but other than that don't spam. Spammers me me sick :/
